Wed Oct 9th

A. Squat 3 x 5 112.5kg

B. Walking Lunge 3 x 10/10

C. Reverse Hyper 2 x 10
*back started to get really tight here - from squats

D1. Sit Up 2 x 15
D2. Plank 1min

E. Battle Rope 4 x 20sec

One of the sets of the squats I relaxed at the bottom and my back started to get tight after. I wouldnt mind but the weight felt 'light'. Maybe I should only do 1 set of 5?

Also I was running yesterday for the first time in a while and my hips felt tight before I trained - maybe this was a factor?
