I wanted to stay aerobic but the heart rate was climbing so the aim quickly transformed to ... 1st 10mins @ r20, 2nd 10mins @ r18, 3rd 10mins @ r16. . Buuuut I fucked that up too and had my splits at 6mins 🙈🙈 .
