ECJJA - did some light rolling (!) with Shea and Ciaran. Felt good - had to be told to slow down though!! Did some banded activation work before hand

A2. Barbell Split Squat x 8/8 (as above)

had PT then continued the session...

B1. DB Lat Raise 3 x 10 8kg
B2. Arnold Press 3 x 12 12.5kg
C. Dips 3 x 10
D. Band Pushdowns 2 x 30

Fri 14th

A. Bench 5 x 5 85kg

Thu 13th

BikeErg 4 x 2000m; 4min rest
