3 x 500m / 1000m / 500m
Tried a 5 k row later in the day but wasn't feeling it - tried working on my catch and keeping heels down to get more leg drive - I think this was better but my right hip started acting up (freaked its a hernia!) and just general fatigue / aches going on.

Travelled to London to watch Spurs, no training
After the flight back, my right hip flexor / groin got really sore. My stomach was bad from something I ate too - inflammation?? Back was still a bit off from yesterday ...
