A. KB Floor Press -> Get Up -> Seated Press 5 x 5; 1min rest 12kg kbs
B. Barbell Row 20 x 10reps; 1min rest 40kg for first 10, 45 for next 5, 47.5kg for last 5reps
C. Chins accumulate 50reps mixed grip around 12 mins
D. Barbell Curls 3 x 12 25kg
Just wanted to try something different for the rows, low mental effort, felt good, probably could have started heavier
