A. Bench 5 x 3; 3min rest 90kg

B. Shoulder Shocker (15kg plate, 8kg lat raise, 6kg seated clean & press)

C. Skullcrushers 3 x 10 30kg + bar

D. Band Pushdowns 3 x 30reps

* I messed around with some peterson steps on my left leg and some bw walking lunges and felt OK
