Wed 20th - 'session 1'

warmed up with 5/5mins single leg cycling on the spin bike, then some static yoga poses (to the best of my ability) - bottom squat hold, standing splits, hip flexors, forward fold. Then onto band walks and glute bridges.

A. Pistols bw onto 24inchbox + abmat  3 x 8/8 *I cut the last round short as my left knee began to hurt a little 
B. Bandpushdowns (green band from 12inch box) 2 x 10/10

C. Barbell Split Squats 3 x 8/8 30kg - behind the left kneecap felt sore doing these but eased a little a sthe sets went on 

D. GHR (modified, bending frm hip) 3 x 10
E. Swiss Ball leg curls 3 x 10 - felt range decreases a lot at flexion as I got tired

Not pain free at all and aware of the knee - even the right knee felt a little sore and stiff (made plenty of noise going into flexion!). Small steps...
