B. Shoulder Shocker 3 x 10

Did 90min yoga session at Init, was tough!!
Sat 30th
Band prehab work
A. Front Squat 4 x 6 50, 60,60,60 + chains * felt a pain in left knee in second set but it went away
B. DB Split Squat @3011, 3 x 8(l)/6(r)
C. GHR 4 x 10
D. Assault Bike x 8mins (100cals)
