Tue 9th - trained in SDSC

did some glute walks and bridges to warm up, some swiss ball leg curls too

A. RDL 3 x 6 @5011; 90kg

B. Walking Lunge 4 x 10/10 15kg dbs

C1. GHR 3 x 6
C2. Scaled pistols (onto box + abmat and balance pad) 3 x 6 on left leg only
